checkout. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4.2 International Shipping

We ship internationally to
eligible countries as displayed at checkout. International shipping times typically
range from 10-21 business days depending on destination and customs
processing. Splendrix is not responsible for delays caused by customs
agencies, border authorities, or local postal services.

4.3 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be
subject to import duties, customs fees, value-added taxes (VAT), and other
charges imposed by the destination country or customs authorities. These
charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Splendrix has no
control over these charges and cannot predict or estimate them. You are
responsible for paying all customs duties and import taxes upon delivery.

4.4 Shipping Address

You are responsible for
ensuring that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of
order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address
provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect
address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost. After 90 days,
unclaimed packages may be discarded or returned to inventory without liability.

5. Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied
with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer refunds
subject to the conditions below.

5.1 Refund Window

You may request a refund within
60 days of the date your order was delivered. Requests made after this
window will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

5.2 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return
and refund, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and unopened

• The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging

• All original documentation, accessories, and materials must
be included

• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must
be provided

Items that do not meet these
conditions will be returned to you at your expense without refund.

Please note: We do not offer
exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original
purchase following the process below, then place a new order once your return

5.3 Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for
paying all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable
shipping service (USPS, UPS, FedEx) so you have proof of return. Splendrix
is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen in transit during return
shipping.

5.4 How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, email
support@splendrix.com within your 60-day window with your order number
and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions
and authorization. Do not send items back without first receiving return
authorization. Items received without authorization will be refused or
returned to you at your expense.

5.5 Refund Processing

Once your return arrives and is
inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund
will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to
post the refund to your account. Refunds do not include original shipping
